This notice describes what we do with personal data on this website and inside a ManageFlow workspace.
Who we are
ManageFlow is provided by LayConnect. Where you are a customer, you decide what client data goes into your workspace and we process it on your instructions.
What this website collects
The public pages carry no advertising or analytics trackers. The only personal data this site collects is what you type into the contact form and send us yourself.
Contact enquiries
What you send through the contact form is delivered to our sales inbox as a single email and is not stored in any other system. We use it to answer you. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not pass it to anyone else.
Data inside a workspace
Client records, appointments and financial history inside a workspace belong to the business that runs it. Access is granted per person and per role. Changes are recorded in an audit log that stores which field changed rather than a second copy of the details, so the log itself holds no client information.
How long we keep things
Enquiries are kept for as long as the conversation they belong to is useful and are then deleted. Workspace data is kept for as long as the business is a customer, and is exported and removed when the account closes.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask for it to be corrected, and ask for it to be deleted. Where the data sits inside a customer's workspace, ask that business first, and we will help them answer you.
